Welcome to Tennovay. Before you make any purchases on this website, you must read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Deliveries. Purchased goods will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please note that most of our bags are made to order so during busy times delivery may take up to 28 days. For Christmas orders, please contact us and we will do our best to get your product to you in time for the holidays.

Ordering. Our online ordering service is handled by Paypal. If you would like to order by post, please send a cheque made payable to Emma Gorton to the address on our Contact page stating the product name, code and colour of the product you require along with your full name and address. Please remember to add £3.95 to cover delivery costs.

Privacy statement. Tennovay will not pass on any personal data collected on this web site to third parties. All data we collect will be kept strictly confidential.

Product colours. We have done everything that we can to accurately represent all our products on this web site. However, we cannot be held responsible for differences between the colours shown and the actual products. The settings of computer monitors can cause visual differences in the way images and colours are shown.

Returning goods. Should the goods you have ordered be unsuitable, they may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, provided they are unused and undamaged. We will process the return and make the refund within 14 days of receipt. The cost of postage or delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Should the goods be faulty or arrive damaged, Tennovay must be notified within 7 days. We will then inform you of our return procedure.
